Where are YOU going to feel this Scorpio Moon?
Your natal chart knows. Plus directions for the ritual tonight, inside.
Scorpio is the healer. She helps us heal the earth. She helps us heal our psyches.
Full Moon in Scorpio calls us to see what we were afraid to see. What we’ve been hiding from ourselves, or what’s being hidden from us. Being able to see what we’ve ignored or hidden makes healing possible.
Not seeing doesn’t make the pain go away, it just prolongs it and makes it worse. Pretending our wounds aren’t here doesn’t make them go away. We need to address them and then gaze beyond them into our future to see what longing calls us forward.
Taurus is the energy of endurance, and Scorpio is the energy of transformation so we can think of this as the Enduring Transformation Moon.
You might want to have a look into your chart and see which house the Scorpio moon is appearing in for you, and where your transformation is set to occur.
For me, Scorpio rules my 7th house of relationships. So the healing is likely to happen in that realm for me. Check in with your own chart and see where the Full Moon will be occuring for you.
Houses of the Zodiac Meanings:
1st: Personality, self, body, life force, vitality, persona
2nd: Finances, gifts, possessions, resources, income, wealth, offerings
3rd: Local journeys, communication, speech, relations, letters and messages
4th: Home, land, private life, buried emotion, mother, ancestors, foundation
5th: Creativity, children, pleasures, sports, love affairs, pleasant things
6th: Work, daily labor, chores, health and ill health, service, doom, pets
7th: Partnership, marriage, known enemies, close relationships, advocates
8th: Sex, birth, death, other people’s money, transformation, intensity
9th: Higher education, long distance travel, morality, religion, fate
10th: Career, accomplishments, honors, aspirations, social status, reputation
11th: Friends, social groups, patrons, hope, triumph, good luck, happiness
12th: Seclusion, hidden enemies, the unconscious, mysticism, self-undoing
Note that the Sun is opposing the Moon (that is always true of the full moon), so you’ll also want to look to which house Taurus resides.
The Taurus Sun is what will be calling you forward, into the light, from the depths of Scorpio.
So, for example, since Taurus is in my first house, it will be the emergence of a new identity that is calling me forward out of my wounded house of partnerships.
My new identity: “I am someone who has healthy partnerships, because I go slowly and build trust and intimacy in a way that feels pleasurable and safe for everyone involved.” [Taurus and Scorpio teaming up for the win!]
If you need support figuring this out, we’ll be working on it in my Full Moon Ritual tonight. 6pm! More info below.
