Happy Spring Equinox! Happy Full Moon! Welcome Aries Season!
Today, we leap like the Ram, forward into spring.
Aries season invites us to build our confidence. For me this is about listening to my own voice, trusting it. Letting myself move forward with my ideas without constantly second-guessing myself.
A lot of our reasons why not – why we don’t finish our book, don’t look for a new job, don’t go on the second date, don’t buy the ticket for the trip – are actually lack of confidence in disguise.
In a trench coat and Groucho glasses our defensiveness snickers, “you don’t have what you need,” or, “it’s a trap,” or “you can do it after (after you get the degree, get the job, get one more promotion, get a PhD on it, etc.).”
Or worse, lack of confidence whispers, “What if you fail?”
But if we practice the magic of Aries, we’ll be willing to risk it. Aries is a cardinal fire sign. It initiates, it launches, it explores. It makes us willing to leap.
Aries magic gives us encouragement. Reminds us not to worry about what others might think. Aries medicine teaches us to stand with ourselves without being defensive. PEOPLE CAN HAVE DIFFERING OPINIONS WITHOUT IT BEING A PERSONAL ATTACK ON US.
So this Aries season, decide where you want to go. Decide what adventure you need to take your confidence on this Aries season.
Confidence is something we gain through experience. We have to be willing to try something and fail in order to grow. The more you practice a thing, the more confident you will become.
Whatever you can do or dream you can, now is the season to launch!
