I am SO EXCITED to begin our ritual in 1 hour. (6pm PST)
We’re going to do deep shadow work. The Gemini Full moon offers us time to reconnect with spirit, access the thrill of witchcraft, and encounter and integrate the parts of ourselves that we’d shoved into the woods beyond the garden gates. Our shadows have learned interesting things in those woods, and tonight they’re going to come share their messages.
Here’s what you need to do to prepare…
Remember that if you don’t have access to anything on this list you can just use your intuition to figure out a solution that feels good to you. I HAVE added some things since my last email so try to read through, if you can.
Set up an altar as you normally would.
Make sure you also have a working candle (taper candles in a candle holder will work best), with matches or lighter.
Ideally you’ll be in a private place for this ceremony, we’ll need to concentrate.
The darker you can make the room the better.
Have a journal and writing implement at the ready.
Bring your tarot cards
Bring something you can use as an offering (cakes, wine, milk, water, honey, herbs, incense, etc. all work)
You’ll need a mirror big enough to see your full torso (so not a mirror in a powder compact or something, wall mirrors are fine as long as you can stand or sit in front of them).
An athame (a ceremonial knife, or any knife)
Rose petals or any kind of flower petals
