Lately, in my 1-on-1 readings with my clients, and in my local community, when I ask people how they are, many say: busy, overwhelmed, depleted, exhausted.
Everything feels as if it’s moving very fast. Taurus season is a welcome invitation for us to slow down.
Ritual is an invitation for us to be more intentional with our energies.
The mystery traditions of tarot, astrology, witchcraft, art and magic offer us tools for regeneration and care. If we use them.
I always want to provide you with offerings I would use myself.
At every shift of the astrological seasons, I offer my reciprocal (i.e. paid) subscribers a Witch Guide to help you access the wisdom of the moment.
But I have found that since I’m so busy myself, I don’t always get to do everything in the Witch Guide, even though I want to. So, I’ve changed things this time around.
I wanted to create something for Taurus season that I (and hopefully you) really would use to help you slow down, find pleasure, and connect with your ecology.
I know many of you DO use all the resources in the Witch Guide, but I also know that many of you intend to and then don’t (because, like me, you want to but you’re tired/busy/overwhelmed/etc.).
This month, I’ve streamlined the exercises and given you a “1-Sheet.” Print it out and put it on your fridge.
The rituals and prompts for Taurus Season are simple and actionable.
If you put the Taurus Season Witch Guide on your fridge, when you get home from work or when you wake up in the morning you can glance at it and try one of the simple suggestions to help you return home to your body and interrupt the habit of busyness and disassociation encouraged by the dominant culture.
I’ve folded the creative prompts, the community prompts, and the ecology prompts together so the main ritual is wholistic and addresses them all.
In the guide, you get:
A cure for busyness: your daily practice prompt
A spell for re-sourcing yourself
Journal prompts to help you re-root your intentions into comfort and care
A divination prompt to cherish (instead of persecute) your body
A list of correspondences to use on your altar, in your cooking, in your fashion choices, etc. to help you integrate the spirit of Taurus season
I hope you enjoy it! Scroll down to get the link to the download.

P.S. Don’t forget to mark your calendars for next Wednesday at 6pm PST for Tarot Studio, our drop-in tarot practice workshop. The theme is: Re-Sourcing. We’ll be practicing tarot to help re-source ourselves, and our clients in that which brings us joy.
