Reminders
Tomorrow, is the New Moon in Gemini (Saturday, June 17 at 9:37 p.m PST to be exact)…
The New Moon is the time to plant seeds that you wish to nurture and bring to fruition over the next moon cycle.
Gemini is about our relationships with others, which often depends on our relationship with ourselves.
The twins in Gemini are often said to represent the self and the shadow self, or the conscious and unconscious mind.
Below, I’ve pasted a ritual you can use on this New Moon to help you make contact with your Shadow self and transform it into your greatest ally.
Love,
Amanda

Readers! We are SOOOOO lucky because our wonderful fellow witch and chanteuse, NiTasha Jackson, has sent us her finished version of the Gratitude Chant she sang at our last Full Moon ceremony in honor of the Spirits who had joined us.
Listening to it LITERALLY had me in tears. It is SO BEAUTIFUL. I’m going to sing it at my altar forever more. She generously offered us a copy of the song. 😭😭😭
You can download THANK YOU, I LOVE YOU here.
If you can, please do send NiTasha a token of your appreciation via Venmo: @NiTasha-Jackson

RITUAL FOR THE NEW MOON IN GEMINI: A DATE WITH YOUR DAEMON*
One thing rituals can help us do is communicate with our unconscious mind, our guides, our intuition, or the part of ourselves that already knows the answer.
During this ritual, focus on allowing whatever wants to come through to come through. You don’t need to force anything; you can just be present and trust what happens.
Allow yourself to approach with curiosity and an open heart. Think of this as some alone time, a romantic date with your daemon.
Ingredients
Anything you need for your altar (use the Correspondences list at the end of this PDF), a candle, incense, a journal, writing implement
Spell Steps
Set aside an hour to do the ritual uninterrupted. Create sacred space by lighting some incense, wearing clothing, or listening to music inspired by the Correspondences List in last month’s download.
Gather your materials.
Set your intention. How would you like to enhance the way you communicate with your inner guide? (Or, if it feels more pressing, someone else in your life, or even an aspect of yourself). Would you like to improve your ability to listen, to trust? Remember that how we treat our inner self is often how we subconsciously treat others around us so use this as a time for reflection.
If it helps you can also do some of the journal prompts from last month’s guide at this time as a warmup.
Create an altar for to your Daemon. Think of how you can invoke clear, loving communication, and exploration of ideas. You might include books, images, poetry, objects, crystals, candles, feathers, anything that feels right.
Light a candle and incense
Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. The lungs are ruled by Gemini. Notice the subtle shifts of movement in different parts of your body, the spaces between your vertebrae, your pelvic floor, your eye sockets, see if you can feel your breathe all the way down to the souls of your feet.
Spend a moment contemplating how your breath is a means of communicating with both your inner being, and the outer world simultaneously.
Write a dialogue between you and your daemon about anything you’d like to know about. You may want to spend some time imagining what your daemon might look or sound like first. Ask your intuition to appear to you in the form of a being. What do they look like?
If you enjoy drawing, painting, or collaging, you might want to try doing that. You could make a song about them. Or you could simply describe them or draw a stick figure.
After you’ve written your dialogue, read back through it and see how and in what way your intentions for communication are or are not present in this dialogue.
Is there anything you’d like to improve, change, revise or expand about the way you’re communicating with your daemon?
Sit quietly with your daemon/intuition/guide for a few more moments. Ask it if there’s anything else it would like to do now. Then listen for the answer.
As the ritual ends, reflect on your experience. Notice any insights, memories, emotions, or physical sensations that came up for you.
Thank your daemon, blow out the candle, and watch the smoke drift through the air, taking your intentions out into the world.

CANCER SEASON WITCH GUIDE DOWNLOAD – Re-Parenting, Re-birthing, Relating
In this month’s Witch Guide, we’re practicing the slow, sensual, consensual action of care, and noticing how it opens us to greater access to the life force, i.e. LOVE!
Intimacy happens in the body.
We begin just by noticing where we’re at, which parts of our body tense up when we get close to each other, and the spaces where our body can relax and let its guard down.
Witchcraft is all about true intimacy with the world, recognizing that we are not separate.
For our magic to work, we must be able to let the life force of the world flow through us.
To do that, we need to practice care. We can’t beat ourselves into letting down our armor, but we CAN nurture ourselves into doing it.
This Witch Guide is here to help us let the love in.
