Happy Ostara! Spring into Aries Season!
Spring Equinox tips + Aries Season Witch Guide download inside!
Inside: A message for the pagan holiday of Ostara/Spring Equinox - the holiday of awakening, a book recommendation, and your downloadable Witch Guide for Aries season!
Ostara is the pagan name for the Spring Equinox and the first day of Aries! It's time to celebrate new life, beginnings, and the urge to take action.
Spring is here. The Goddess Persephone returns from the underworld in the form of rising sap, blossoming vines, and baby bunnies crawling out of their dens.
Ostara is an invitation to work with the energy of springtime to help us restore our hope and our joy so we can share it with the world.
Here are a few ideas for celebration:
Going outside. Let yourself bask in the sunshine and aliveness. For at least five minutes do nothing but tune into your sensual relationship with the world around you. (Listen, feel, breathe, etc.)
Place a bouquet of flowers on your altar to welcome in the Maiden of Spring (or the Being of Spring, as you prefer). Other great altar items for this holiday include: painted eggs, fresh water, hare images (bunnies), the Emperor card
Really listen to / see the other people in the people in your life. Let someone know how much you appreciate them and care about them. Let your love light shine.
Light a candle in honor of what you’d like to awaken within or around you
Check out the Witch Guide download I’ve given you below, it has 8 pages of ideas for Ostara/Aries season!

Wheel of the Year Book Recommendation
If you’re interested in the Wheel of the Year holidays in witchcraft, this is a fun place to start - especially if you have kids or just love crafting. In The Natural Home Wheel of the Year author Raechel Henderson gives tips and suggestions for all the pagan Wheel of the Year holidays including recipes, and fun things to make. For Ostara, she includes cuteness such as how to naturally dye your Eostre eggs and how to make beeswax candles from the shells, seed bomb recipes, lemon curd tarts and more. Enjoy!

and more!.
